15 July - Second workshop to be held at Village Urban Resort Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park - Advanced look at entering North East Contact Centre Awards
20 August – Appointment Only Application Surgery
w/c 2 November – Judges site visits for the Under 250 seats and Over 250 seats award categories
20 November – Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner to be held with theme – Best of British!
